Trick or treat? Agent conjures up Halloween marketing…

The team behind Greater London Properties (GLP) have come up with a Halloween marketing treat (or is it more of a trick).

After the success of its festive Mariah Carey Christmas Reel, the agency brand has put together a  Halloween follow up.

The video creeps up on the founder Rob Hill arriving to his office to find his Bloomsbury Team “possessed.”

Becky Hill, a senior negotiator in the team, said: “The reels add a lot of laughter to the office and whilst some ideas initially sound impossible we always seem to pull it off – we never take ourselves too seriously.”

The firm actively uses its social media platforms  to not only launch new properties but also to inform their followers on what’s happening in the local area.

Kate Hill, marketing manager at GLP, said that “Whilst traditional methods of advertising are still effective, it would be short sighted to simply rely on this as a modern business.

“Our demographic is diverse and therefore its essential we embrace new trends and our social media reels have allowed us to reach new audiences, for instance a recent post went viral to 405,000 people, we were obviously  thrilled.

“We are keen to show clients that we’re different to traditional agents and I think our personality definitely comes through on all our social media platforms.

“We are an extremely personable team and that’s why our clients enjoy working with us”.

The storyboard was created on an iPhone and produced by Nicola Gardiner who runs the social media company NGSM.UK.

The video is available on GLP’s Instagram and YouTube.View the video below:
