Edgware Road London train station reopens after fatal stabbing

Edgware station was closed after a man was killed during a fight outside the station in Edgware Road at 10.40pm on June 4.

TfL access confirmed on X (formally known as Twitter) that all train services had stopped due to a police investigation.

In an update at 8pm yesterday (June 5), it added that the station was fully reopened and services had returned to normal.

Officers believe they know who the victim is and are working to inform his next of kin.

Three men were arrested in connection with the incident and they remain in custody at London police stations.

It was reported that at least one gunshot had been fired during the fight.

Several crime scenes were put in place as the incident was being investigated but these have since been lifted.
