Police locate missing boy, 3, who disappeared near London station whilst wearing a red puffer jacket

Police have found a missing toddler, aged three, who vanished near a major London train station.

The young boy, called Samarth, was last seen prior to his disappearance at the junction of Bishopsgate and Liverpool Street.

He was wearing a red puffer jacket with a hood at the time of his disappearance.

The City of London Police issued an appeal for the public’s help on Twitter, but deleted it soon after to announce he had been found.

A spokesman for the force has thanked everyone who shared the appeal.

Anyone with information was urged call City of London Police on 020 7601 2222 or 101.
