West London freight train derailment causes disruption

London trains are being disrupted this morning following a freight train derailment.

The operational incident involving the freight trail derailment at West Ealing, means trains may be cancelled or delayed by up to 40 minutes between London Paddington and Heathrow.

Elizabeth Line passengers may use their tickets on Great Western Railway and Heathrow Express services as well as London Buses, London Underground or South Western Railway services.

TfL has said that Hanwell and West Ealing will not be served.

Great Western Railway passengers can use their tickets with Chiltern Railways, Elizabeth Line, South Western Railway or on London Underground.
