A vintage steam engine dating back to the 1940s is making its way through south London on the same route as the famous “Golden Arrow” train – here’s everywhere you can see it.

The steam engine making the trip today (December 16) is the Braunton 34046, a West Country express passenger engine dating back to 1946.

The trip run by Steam Dreams is on a trip through London before heading through south London and into the Kent countryside with its destination at Canterbury West station.

The train is expected to arrive at Canterbury West at 1:35pm today before departing at 3:55pm today.
