A Ulez camera had to be switched off just weeks after Khan’s expansion came into place after it incorrectly charged more than 900 drivers.
Transport for London (TfL) was forced to turn off a Ulez camera in Harrow, north London, after the council informed them it was incorrectly positioned.
The camera, which has since been relocated, wrongly charged a total of 927 vehicles that had not entered the Ulez zone.
According to The Telegraph, all drivers have since been refunded for the charges, and the camera, which had been located on the border of the Ulez zone, has been repositioned.
It came after Harrow council received repeated complaints about a camera at the Old Redding junction towards Common Road which had been charging them despite not entering the zone.

The 927 drivers were registered with TfL’s Ulez autopay system and were automatically billed, while more drivers are likely to have received warning letters – though these were brought to an end and replaced with fines last Tuesday.
A TfL spokesman said: ‘We apologise for this error.
‘Unfortunately this camera was incorrectly positioned.
‘It was switched off once we were informed of the error and has been repositioned.
‘We have refunded any charges that were wrongly issued.’
