Tottenham fans have been left surprised after hearing new recruit James Maddison’s singing voice.
The north London side confirmed the capture of the former Leicester City star last month in a £40million deal.

As is the way with footballers in the present day, Maddison was welcomed into the squad by his teammates in the traditional way – signing an initiation song.
Belting out a tune in front of your new teammates and manager may sound a little bit daunting, but there’s no better way to break the ice with your new employers than by making a fool of yourself.
However for Maddison that wasn’t the case as he left his teammates very impressed with a rendition of ‘I’m Yours’ by Jason Mraz.
In footage posted on his TikTok account, the former Leicester midfielder can be seen standing on a chair, whilst the rest of the squad are sat eating.
Swaying and clicking his fingers, his teammates were left stunned by his impressive vocal, before helping their new signing by joining in.
Fans were even more impressed after seeing the video, with many loving the hidden talents of their new star.
One fan said: “Excellent performance, James.”
Another said: “The geezer’s got a half decent voice on him,” with a third adding: “This made my day.”
