Estate agency LiFE Residential has opened a new office in West London after strong growth saw revenue of £16.9 million last year with its annual rent roll hitting £100 million .
Located at Trentham Court on Victoria Road in North Acton (main picture) the 2,066 sq. ft. branch will house 12 full-time staff across sales, lettings, business development and renewal teams.

Founded in 2000, the office is Life Residential’s eighth to open in the capital with the agency also covering Park Royal in Brent; Canary Wharf; Nine Elms; South Bank; Greenwich; North and City and Royal Wharf alongside offices in Birmingham, Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

The new office opening, complete with a £350,000 fit out, is part of the agency’s expansion plans to meet current demand and comes ahead of a recruitment campaign to begin later this summer.

For investors LiFE Residential offers a full lifecycle of asset management, from advising on investment opportunities through brokering a deal, managing the property (whether this is hands-on or landlord led), to marketing and selling the property when required.
LiFE is also the appointed letting and management agent for developers including Galliard Homes and also works with a number of build to rent operators.
