Islington double murder investigation: Man arrested as police name boy, 15, stabbed to death | Breaking News News

A teenager stabbed to death in Islington has been named by police.

Leonardo Reid, 15, was found wounded at around 11.30pm on Thursday in Elthorne Road, Islington, after police and paramedics were called to reports of a stabbing. He was pronounced dead shortly after midnight.

A 23-year-old man who was also discovered with stab injuries on the same night was pronounced dead at a west London hospital.

A 46-year-old man was arrested today on suspicion of murder and attempted murder, the Metropolitan Police said.

He remains in custody at a north London police station.

A third victim, who police believe is 28, was found at an address in north London with stab wounds. He was taken to a north London hospital where he remains in a non-life threatening condition.
