Harrow incident: Motorcyclist dies after collision

Sudbury Court Drive in Harrow has been cordoned off by emergency services this evening (9 June) after a fatal collision.

Multiple police cars and ambulances flooded to the scene shortly after 5:30pm.

Met Police and London Ambulance Service statements on collision in Harrow

A spokesperson for Met Police said: “Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at about 17:30hrs on Friday, 9 June to reports of a collision involving a car and motorbike on Sudbury Court Drive in Harrow.

“Officers attended. Despite the efforts of emergency services, the rider – who is believed to be aged in his late teens – died at the scene.

“Officers are in the process of contacting his next of kin. Road closures are currently in place.”

Harrow Online also reached out to the London Ambulance Service who provided the following statement: “We were called at 5.25pm on Friday 9 June to reports of a road traffic accident in Sudbury Court Drive, Harrow.

“We sent resources including an ambulance crew, an advanced paramedic, an incident response officer and London’s air ambulance.

“We treated a man but sadly, despite our best efforts, he died at the scene.”
