The Elgin County OPP Visitors Reconstruction Workforce is on scene on Wellington Street after a deadly crash Monday morning.
In keeping with Elgin County OPP, at round 6:30 a.m. on Monday, police, paramedics and native hearth crews had been dispatched to Wellington Street, Southwold, for a report of a collision involving a bicycle owner and a passenger car.
Police mentioned the bicycle owner died because of the crash.

The id of the deceased is being withheld pending next-of-kin notification.
Wellington Street between Shorlea Line and Ferguson Line was closed for a number of hours whereas police investigated, however was reopened Monday afternoon.
A black BMW was noticed parked alongside the aspect of the street, with its entrance proper aspect and windshield smashed.
