stunning north London townhouse is being offered as the prize in a charity house draw launched by Omaze.

The British Heart Foundation has teamed up with Omaze to give one person the chance to win a £3million townhouse in Islington and £100,000 in prize money with a portion of the proceeds going to vital research.

The property comes mortgage free with all stamp duty and legal fees covered, and is situated near Finsbury Park station.

If the winner decides to rent out the property, letting agents estimate it could see a value of £6,000-£7,000 a month.

Dr Charmaine Griffiths, chief executive at the BHF, said: “We are absolutely delighted to join forces with Omaze once again.

“Despite phenomenal progress in research over the last 60 years, heart and circulatory diseases – including heart attack and stroke – kill one in four people in the UK and are the world’s biggest killers.”

The three-storey townhouse includes four bedrooms across a 3,400 square foot space. The main bedroom covers a large part of the first floor and includes an en-suite bathroom, a marble enclosed shower and a walk-in wardrobe.

The draw for the property is now open and will close on February 26 for online entries, and February 28 for postal entries

There is a further en-suite bedroom on the first-floor, together with two further double bedrooms on the top floor, both with ample built-in storage and sharing a luxury family bathroom.

In the landscaped rear garden, lies a garden studio with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom.

The prize draw is being backed by former Tottenham Hotspur forward, David Ginola, who suffered a cardiac arrest in 2016.

“I’ve experienced the devastating consequences of heart disease first-hand, the money raised through Omaze’s innovative approach to fundraising will help the BHF continue its truly lifesaving research,” he said.

“Everyone who enters the prize draw is contributing towards this crucial cause – and of course someone is guaranteed to win the dream home in North London too – even if it’s a little too close to Arsenal for my liking!”
