Police had been known as to experiences of a broken automotive close to the Redbridge roundabout in Ilford at 12.18 am.
The automotive was discovered on the verge of the slip highway off the A406 on the junction with the A12.
Officers from the Metropolitan Police organized for the deserted automotive to be recovered.
There was no hint of the driving force and no different automobiles had been concerned.

It was later established that the automotive had been stolen from outdoors a home in Tower Hamlets on Christmas Eve (December 24).
Police say enquiries are ongoing.
