London police are investigating a three-vehicle crash in the city’s south end that sent two people to hospital.
Emergency crews responded to the crash in the area of Wellington Road, south of Wilkins Street, around 5:20 p.m. Tuesday, police said.
One driver was extricated by firefighters and taken to hospital, police said.
Two of the drivers involved in the crash, a 53-year-old male and a 44-year-old male, were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and remain in good condition, police said.
Both north and south lanes of Wellington Road between Commissioners Road East and Southdale Road East were closed as emergency services attended the scene, with police asking people to avoid the area.
The road was reopened by late Tuesday.
