Estate agent comparison site, GetAgent.co.uk, recently shared where the nation’s best-performing estate agents are currently located.
Estate agents that receive the best values on average ranked the highest. The majority achieved 118% of the original asking price on average.
Top performing postcodes
The figures show that this year estate agents are selling homes for 99.7% of the original asking price across England and Wales.
In addition to this. 43% of postcodes are achieving average sale values of 100% or more of the asking price.
Some of the top-performing estate agents are located in the Pembrokeshire postcode district of SA36 sales values are 118% of the asking price.
The average sale value is 112.5% of the asking price in Northumberland’s NE67 and in Liverpool’s L27, agents are achieving 107.8% of the asking price.
Agents in Sheffield’s S11 are achieving 107.1% of the asking price while the NE69 postcode district is achieving 107% of this price.
In the capital, the W1W postcode of Westminster achieved an average sale value of 87.7% of the asking price. while in W1K and the City of London’s EC4V, agents are achieving 88.6% and 89.2%.
