QPR v Reading line-ups: Dieng plays – and Dykes leads the attack

Seny Dieng plays for QPR in tonight’s game at Loftus Road.

West London Sport revealed that goalkeeper Dieng had declared himself fit to play despite nursing a thigh injury.

Rangers are without Chris Willock, who went off with another hamstring injury during the midweek win at Sheffield United.

In Willock’s absence, Lyndon Dykes is recalled to the starting line-up and Tyler Roberts is set to operate in a more withdrawn role.

At the back, Jimmy Dunne and Jake Clarke-Salter get the nod over Rob Dickie, who is on the bench, and Leon Balogun, who is not in the matchday squad.

And in midfield, Tim Iroegbunam comes back into the side.

QPR: Dieng; Laird, Dunne, Clarke-Salter, Paal; Field, Johansen, Iroegbunam; Chair, Roberts; Dykes.
Subs: Archer, Kakay, Dickie, Dozzell, Adomah, Amos, Shodipo.

Reading: Lumley, Holmes, Hutchinson, McIntyre, Guiness-Walker, Yiadom, Hendrick, Loum, Fornah, Carroll, Joao.
Subs: Bouzanis, Abbey, Mbengue, Ejaria, Hoilett, Ince, Meite.
