Knight Frank has appointed Sofia Lira Salas as head of lettings in its Hyde Park office in Prime Central London.
Salas joined Knight Frank in 2019, following three years at Pedder, where she rose from the graduate scheme to become assistant lettings manager in the firm’s Dulwich branch.
Since joining Knight Frank she has worked across the Belgravia, Westminster and Victoria markets, and she was promoted to associate after becoming the first person to complete 100 deals in Prime Central London during a single financial year.
In her new role she will run Knight Frank’s lettings office in Hyde Park and is tasked with leading the team of negotiators and building the firm’s market share in the area.
She says: “I’m so pleased to be leading our dynamic team in Hyde Park, whom I’ve worked with for the past two years. It’s an exciting time to be in this area, with the huge regeneration projects underway in Bayswater and new amenities in Paddington, plus the new Elizabeth Line, making it a highly desirable place to live.”
