A Beautiful New Rooftop Bar Has Arrived In West London

Goooood morning west London, we have some news for you. News that may not surprise, but will no doubt pique the interest of those who like to get up high. We’ve got a lot of them in this city, and yet each new addition to the skyline feels just as welcome, especially at this time of year.

Yes, as you’ve probably guessed, it’s another one: this one is called Aerial Rooftop. You’ll find it up in the Broadcaster building, boasting gorgeous views of White City, television centre, and a floodlit Loftus Road during the Queen’s Park Rangers FC matchdays. All you could ask for, basically.

Like any rooftop, you’d hope the interior matches the view, and Aerial appears to fulfil just that; with sofas to kick back in and parasols to protect you from that blazing sun we’re all about to endure this heatwave.

Aerial Rooftop has a fine selection of food to keep your taste buds satisfied as you take in the view, coming in the form of nibbles, sharing platters and, in fine summer fashion, BBQ classics grilled right in front of your eyes. I’ve got my eye on the ocean trout steak with green sauce and the summer vegetable skewers with tofu, chilli and herb dressing; but options such as the flat iron steak, chicken thighs and shrimp burger are also bound to go down a treat.

Plus, through the warm season guests will be able to try a number of different concoctions from the bars collaborations with alcohol brands, including East London Liquor Co. and Franklin And Sons. Tucking into a Italian Forzé – made with frozen rosé, limoncello and strawberry – should certainly be on your London summer checklists.

Find the Broadcaster and Aerial Rooftop at 89 Wood Lane, W12 7FX (nearest stations are White City and Wood Lane). Book your spot here.
