The 27-year-old actress, who plays Daphne Bridgerton in the hit Netflix series Bridgerton, was spotted having lunch with a male friend on Thursday afternoon (June 23) in London, England.
Phoebe and her pal shared a bowl of sweet potato fries and she was seen playfully touching his hair at one point during the meal. They stopped by some stores after the lunch outing.
IMDb notes that Phoebe is currently filming the movie Fair Play, which “follows a woman after her promotion at a cut-throat hedge fund sends her relationship with her partner on a downward spiral that could unravel far more than just their recent engagement.”
