A road in North-West London remains closed this afternoon (Thursday, June 16) after armed police had a stand-off with occupants of a car which ended in at least one person being tasered, two men being hospitalised, and a woman being arrested.
The Metropolitan Police said they also found a gun in the car after the incident.
Police confirmed the incident took place at 6am this morning on Church Lane in Wembley, near the junction of Lavender Avenue.
The woman who was arrested remains in police custody, while police are currently still waiting for an update on the condition of the two men who were taken to hospital.
Church Road remains closed in both directions this afternoon, as police conduct ongoing enquiries into the circumstances of the incident.
