Shocking video shows man pushed to floor and repeatedly kicked by gang in the street as child screams in background

A shocking video has emerged showing a group of at least eight men setting on one man on a North London street, punching and kicking him in broad daylight as he cowers on the floor. The footage, which was shot just after 7.50pm last night (Saturday, June 11), appears to show a dispute between two groups on Ashley Road in Tottenham, before the violence broke out.

In the video footage, filmed by a witness from a balcony overlooking the scene, the man who was later attacked appears to be with a small group of people, including a woman with a young child, as an argument breaks out with another group in the street. One of the other group then runs towards the other with the child, hitting one of the men in the face.

The scene then descends into chaos as a lone 52-year-old man is pushed away from his group by the group of eight men, who start punching and kicking him, battering him to the ground and continuing to attack him even when he is curled up on the pavement. The man’s companions, including the young child, can be seen cowering against a wall in the background.
