A503 Camden Road southbound cleared after being blocked – latest updates

The A503 Camden Road in Camden Town was cleared by 3.58am today after earlier being blocked southbound due to a collision in the early hours at A400 Camden High Street (Camden Town Station). The incident lasted for around an hour.

It is not currently known whether anyone sustained an injury in the incident, which occurred around 2.50am today. However, normal traffic patterns have now resumed in the busy area..

The authorities would have been hoping for a quick resolution to the incident as Camden is a magnet for shoppers on Sundays, with its market and stores attracting visitors from far and wide.

National roads information service Inrix posted at 2.56am today: “A503 Camden Road southbound blocked, slow traffic due to accident at A400 Camden High Street (Camden Town Station). “

By 3.58am, it was saying: “Road cleared and traffic returned to normal.”
