Forest Hill stabbing: Teenager, 17, stabbed in the neck outside South East London Tube station

A teenager has been stabbed in the neck outside of Forest Hill station tonight (June 6). The 17-year-old was stabbed in the neck at around 9.04pm this evening.

Emergency services attended the scene in Perry Vale, Lewisham, where the teenager was found with a stab injury to his neck. The London Ambulance Service and Air Ambulance were both called and another man was arrested in connection with the incident nearby.

The 17-year-old’s condition is currently unknown.

A spokesperson from the Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 21:04hrs on Monday, 6 June to Perry Vale SE23 to reports of a stabbing. Officers responded with LAS and London’s Air Ambulance.

“A 17-year-old male was found with a stab injury to his neck. We await an assessment of his condition. Another male has been arrested in connection with the incident. Police remain on scene and a crime scene is in place.”
