Two men have been taken to hospital after being stabbed in East London. Police were called to Green Lane, Ilford, near the junction with Goodmayes Lane on Friday, June 3, at around 7.15pm.
Video taken shortly after the incident, at 7.50pm, shows a number of police cars on the scene as locals watch on. London Ambulance Service paramedics and ambulances can also be seen parked along the road.
Police say they are still investigating the incident and have not yet made any arrests in relation to it.
This comes after well-known rapper Hypo was stabbed to death at a Jubilee Bank Holiday party, also in Redbridge, in the early hours of Friday morning. The singer, who was in his 30s and a former boyfriend of singer Emeli Sandé, had filmed himself arriving at the event shortly before he died just after midnight on June 3 at Ashton Town Playing Fields, in Chigwell Road, Woodford Green.
Met Police have not indicated that the two incidents are linked.
