A busy section of the A12 was partially blocked following a collision this morning (May 14). The incident happened on Horns Road (near the BP Petrol Station), Newbury Park, where London Ambulance Services were called at 6.16 am.
Two ambulances and London Metropolitan Police attended the scene. One person was injured and was taken to the hospital.
Eastern Road was partially blocked as a result, which caused severe delays and traffic queues. The road was closed for just over 3 hrs as emergency services dealt with the scene.

The road was cleared by around 9.17 am when traffic flow returned back to normal.
