Adele could sell her two West London mansions after snapping up £47m Hollywood home with boyfriend Rich Paul

HAVING quit the UK for Los Angeles in 2016, Adele looks set to remain Stateside for the foreseeable after falling head over heels for sports agent Rich Paul.

The couple have moved into Sylvester Stallone’s former mansion together, after Adele reportedly splashed out a whopping £47million to buy it.

And they have shared a photo of themselves outside the enormous pad holding the keys.

It suggests she has given up on any plans to make a base in her home city of London.

She had aimed to knock through her adjoining homes in Kensington, West London, to make one mega mansion.

But insiders have revealed planning permission for the change has now expired.

Adele fans say same thing after loved up snaps with boyfriend Rich Paul Adele confirms she and boyfriend Rich Paul have moved in together

A source explained: “Adele has made an amazing life for herself and her son in the US.

“The plans to knock through her two London homes were put forward in May 2019, when it seemed she was going to be splitting her time between here and LA.

“But now they’ve expired, it seems like a pretty big indication that her life is going to be based in the US for the foreseeable.”

And why the hell not, Adele?

If I had a chance to jack in the rubbish weather and spend my days soaking in the Californian sunshine, I’d be the first to say yes.

The Someone Like You singer revealed on Wednesday night how she had moved in with Rich, who she started dating last year.

‘HE’S JUST HILARIOUS’

The swanky pad in Beverly Hills spans more than 18,000 square feet, with eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

Adele is in good company now too, with Justin Bieber, Denzel Washington and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson among her new neighbours.

In her post on Instagram, Adele also shared never-before-seen pictures of her and Rich, with the caption: “Time flies.”

The singer, who broke records with her latest album 30, opened up about their romance earlier this year.

She said she had found her happy ending with Rich — who she started dating following her divorce from charity CEO Simon Konecki.

She said: “He’s just hilarious. Oh, he’s so funny, he’s hilarious, yeah. And very smart. It’s quite incredible watching him do what he does.”

Speaking on why the romance worked, she added: “Just the easiness of it. It’s been very smooth.”

ANNE-MARIE WOULD LOOK GOOD IN A BIN BAG…

ANNE-MARIE was far from rubbish as she headlined London’s OVO Arena — even if she did wear a dress that looked like it was made of bin liners.

She took to the stage for the final show of her five-date Dysfunctional tour on Wednesday and performed her hit singles including Kiss My (Uh Oh), Ciao Adios, Alarm, Friends and 2002.

But the Voice UK coach also used her concert to premiere a song called Better Off, about leaving a toxic partner.

On the track, she sang: “I’m better off without you, thank f*** I figured it out.

“I don’t need your love, I don’t need your love.

“I’m better off without you, won’t waste time thinking about you.”

Her second album Therapy reached No2 when it came out last year but she has been hard at work on a raft of new tracks for the last few months.

That ought to mean there won’t be another three-year gap between albums, and the next will come sooner rather than later.

BRIT SAM GETS MANESKIN VOTE

TOMORROW night will see one act emerge as the Eurovision Song Contest champion and they will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of last year’s winners Maneskin, who turned their victory into global success.

In an exclusive chat, bassist Victoria De Angelis explained: “It gave us a huge exposure.

“Since then we’ve been touring non-stop around the world.

“We’ve been in America, all around Europe doing festivals and stuff, and it’s all stuff we could only have dreamed of. It’s been a game-changer for us. It gave us the chance to share our music with so many people around the world.”

The band became the first ever Eurovision act to have two songs in the UK Top Ten at the same time — a feat not even achieved by ABBA and today they are aiming for a return to the charts with new single Supermodel.

Frontman Damiano David said: “Basically, it’s our half-critical, half-ironic view on the LA lifestyle and all the fake people pretending to be superstars when they’re not.”

They will perform it at Eurovision in Turin tomorrow, a year after they were accused of doing cocaine at the ceremony — something a drug test later proved was not true.

But they insist it wasn’t on purpose that they mention the same drug in Supermodel, but that it is only included because it is so rife in Hollywood.

Damiano said: “There’s no connection between the two things — it’s just because in LA everyone is doing coke right now, actually. It’s pretty common.”

The group are championing their home country Italy’s Eurovision entry, Brividi by MAHMOOD and BLANCO, but admitted they are also fans of the UK’s Space Man, sung by Sam Ryder.

As for whether they agree that political voting means we don’t stand a chance, Damiano said: “We don’t hate the UK.”

Well, at least it seems we’ve got the Italian vote.

Megan is following in the footsteps of her country singing idol Kacey Musgraves, who first graced that stage in 2014 and is now preparing to play the Pyramid Stage next month.

Meg has come a long way since her days on the telly, and deservedly so.

See you at Glasto — and don’t forget your wellies.

THEY PINK IT’S ALL ORA

RITA ORA clearly isn’t holding a grudge against Disney+ for shelving her Beauty And The Beast series days after she was cast in it.

The prequel, based on Luke Evans’ character Gaston, was put on ice in the same week Rita was announced as having a role, but now she is teaming up with the streaming giant once again.

This exclusive picture of the singer in a bold pink suit was taken on the video shoot for her latest track, which I can reveal has been recorded for a new four-part docuseries, 37 Words.

The show will celebrate 50 years since women were legally able to compete in sport across America.

A source said: “Rita is very much part of the Disney family. She jumped at the chance when asked to record a track for the series.

“She’s all about empowering women and using her platform, so it was a perfect fit.

“The song is called Finish Line and it will be out very soon as a standalone project, separate from her upcoming third album.”

The track was penned by hit songwriter Diane Warren who, as well as being responsible for Cher’s If I Could Turn Back Time and Aerosmith’s I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing, wrote Rita’s track Grateful for the 2014 film Beyond The Lights.

That landed Rita a Best Original Song nomination at the Oscars in 2015, so the sky’s the limit.

“Even now I’m having panic attacks, like, ‘What do I wear?’. For The Wall Street Journal magazine, I won the Innovator Award for Skims, and I was like, ‘How do I wear something that hasn’t been pre-vetted first?’.

“It made me so nervous
