A London man is charged with impaired driving causing death in a January crash that killed a woman.

Two vehicles collided in the area of Southdale Road East and Nixon Drive in south London on Jan. 6 at around 5:30 p.m., London police said. A 36-year-old woman who was driving one of the vehicles died at the scene. Her name has not been released.
The driver of the second vehicle was taken to hospital where he was listed in critical condition, police said.
Police appealed to the public for dash-camera or security video of the crash or events leading up to it.
On Monday, police said Clay Kuzio, 22, is charged with impaired driving causing death and dangerous driving causing death. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 12.
