People travelling from Liverpool to London this bank holiday weekend will be hit with train delays and cancellations.
Network Rail will start major engineering work on the West Coast Main Line between April, 30, to May, 2. The company has urged passengers to travel either side of the weekend.
Avanti West Coast services from Liverpool Lime Street will terminate at Rugby, with replacement bus services running between the market town and London St Pancreas.

London Northwestern Railway services from Liverpool to Euston will also not be running.
