A man has been rushed to hospital after he was involved in a road traffic collision in Tower Hamlets this afternoon (Saturday, April 16).
A car and a motorbike were involved in the crash, which happened outside Holland & Barrett on Whitechapel Road, a busy main road through East London near Aldgate Station, just before 2.20pm.
Metropolitan Police confirmed they were called to the collision on Whitechapel Road, along with paramedics from London Ambulance Service (LAS).
The male rider of the motorbike was taken to hospital. His condition remains unclear at this stage.
