Emergency services have descended on a Liverpool road as a large cordon is put in place.
A “very large” police presence has been seen near to London Road as eye witnesses say the “whole square” has been cordoned off. Around 12 police cars and vans have been seen in the area in the city centre, as well as forensic officers.
Police officers have also been seen at the Royal Hospital.
