M25 incident live: Updates as crash leads to queuing traffic for nine miles at rush hour

A collision on the M25 near Brentwood is causing queues of traffic at rush hour this morning (Wednesday, April 5).

One lane is blocked and “queuing traffic” has been reported as a result of the collision, between Junction 28 and 27 of the M25 anticlockwise.

The incident is thought to have involved two cars, according to traffic updates website INRIX.

The website reported a collision between two cars in lane four of the M25 anticlockwise between the Brentwood / Brook Street Roundabout (Junction 28) and Junction 27.
