A man has been left fighting for his life after a stabbing at an Asda supermarket in North West London. Emergency services were called to the Wembley store on Forty Lane at about 5.30pm today (Thursday, March 24).
The victim, a man in his 20s, was found suffering from stab wounds and was rushed to hospital where he remains in a life-threatening condition. His next of kin have been informed.
Footage taken at the scene shows first responders treating a man lying on the ground in one of the parking bays in the car park outside the superstore.
A witness reported seeing at least 10 police cars outside the store, with the entrance for customers’ vehicles blocked off by police.

A police spokesperson said: “Police were called at 5.29pm on Thursday, March 24 to reports of a stabbing at a supermarket in Forty Lane, Wembley.
“Officers attended along with London Ambulance Service and found a man, aged in his 20s, with stab injuries. He was taken to hospital in a life-threatening condition. His next of kin are aware.
“A crime scene remains in place and enquiries are ongoing.”
