The A256 was closed in both directions from the A2 Whitfield Roundabout to London Road as a result of a road traffic collision.
The crash took place at around 3.10am this morning (March 10) and involved a single vehicle.
One man was taken to a hospital in London and two other passengers were taken to local hospitals.

The severity of their injuries has not yet been disclosed.
The road closure caused significant disruption to public transport and road services in the area.
Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit completed their enquiries at the scene and the road was then reopened at around midday.
