Man rushed to London hospital after being stabbed in Tunbridge Wells

A man has been rushed to hospital following a stabbing in Kent.

The incident occurred today (February 12) at around 1.22pm in Upper Grosvenor Road, Tunbridge Wells.

Kent Police was called to a report of an assault and rushed to the scene.

A man was taken to a London hospital with “injuries consistent of stab wounds”, however his condition is not thought to be life-threatening.

Police remain at the scene of the incident and enquiries are ongoing.

A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Kent Police was called to a report of an assault in Upper Grosvenor Road, Tunbridge Wells, at 1.22pm on Saturday, February 12, 2022.

“Officers are at the scene and one man has been taken to a London hospital with injuries consistent of stab wounds.

“His condition is not being treated as life-threatening. No arrests have yet been made and enquiries are ongoing”.
