OnlyFans model using earnings to turn London bus into mobile home shows transformation so far

A woman converting a London bus into the ultimate mobile home has shown how work on turning her dream into a reality is taking shape 10 months on.

Hayley Rowson, 28, from Abergele bought the double-decker in May last year after earning £12k by uploading pictures and videos on the OnlyFans website.

The courier delivery driver was able to reduce her working hours after the success of her online content priced from £11, and a subscription fee of £8.98 per month.

Hayley bought the bus for £3,250 and set on coverting it in order to move from her home and live “off-grid” with her partner and pets.

Speaking to North Wales Live about the latest developments, Hayley said she has no regrets but admitted it hasn’t all been plain sailing.

She said: “I love the fact that I’m not going to be stuck in one location and I feel like I am about to have so much more freedom, especially since I won’t be living off a mortgage.

“I’m happy to see beautiful space that I can be proud of being developed around me. I’m excited to get the project finished and I can’t wait to show off what I’ve done with it!

“As well as the bus, I am also working on another project, which, when completed, will be used as an Airbnb and hope to release this in the coming months.

“The conversion has been a challenging, rough ride but fun at the same time.

“We have come across situations that we didn’t think we would fall into but working around them has made it unique and special to me.

“I’ve done all the planning and design by myself as I’m such a lover of interior design, but can’t take all credit as I will get help when I need it, from either my dad or my partner, they’ve been so supportive.”

Hayley added: “Since the last time North Wales Live, visited there have been massive changes to the bus and they are noticeable right from the off.

“We removed the access door to the bus and placed reinforced metal sheets there, leaving it with only one entrance and this being the main door which has also been replaced with a double glazed patio door to keep the heat in.

“We then added large solar panels to the roof to ensure that the energy we use is prominently coming from there rather than having to rely on battery packs which would need to be charged through the engine being on and fuel being wasted.

“The internal sections are almost complete, the floor is down, the kitchen is in, there’s fully insulated walls and the beds are in place.

“But to me, the icing on the cake was when we put the fire in, the most exciting part because that’s when we were able to heat the bus up which allowed us to stay in it for several nights.

“The next stage is the plumbing, and possible mains electric to get more power when needed.”
