A teenager has been stabbed to death in North London with another boy arrested on suspicion of murder, police have confirmed.

The Met said emergency services rushed to the scene on Ayley Croft in Enfield at 6.10pm today (February 7).

They found the victim, 18, suffering from stab injuries and he sadly died at the scene.

His family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers, reports My London

A spokesperson for the force said: “Police were called to Ayley Croft, Enfield, at 6.10pm on Monday, February 7, to reports of a stabbing.

“Officers attended along with paramedics from London Ambulance Service (LAS).

“A male, believed to be 18 years old, was found with stab wounds.

“Despite the efforts of emergency services, he died at the scene.

“A teenage boy was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder. He has been taken into custody.”
