Amanda Holden and Ashley Roberts are nothing if not jokers – and this week they had fans in stitches with their latest antics in the studios of Heart Radio. The pair were doing their “daily” exercises while in-between presenting duties alongside many of their colleagues.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 50, and the former Pussycat Dolls star are regular presenters on Heart Radio and have thousands of fans on Instagram. After the pair led their colleagues in the little workout routine, a clip was duly posted to Amanda’s Instagram – much to the delight of fans.

Most of the male cohort of radio presenters and technicians joined in the workout, but fans noticed one man, in particular, wasn’t having it at all. One fan said: “Love the bloke not giving a sh*t and just working.”
Another commented: “Laurence just minding his own business has sent me hahahaha”, with a third suggesting the guys simply “didn’t want to be on Instagram”.
