“Taking us back a little bit, between 2015 and 2019 there was a large proportion of potential movers fearfully convinced to sit on their hands on the assumption that Brexit was going to have a negative impact on house prices.
“In 2020 and 2021 many of us were asked to start working from home without a home office, were caught out far from family or without outside space, so needed a change and wanted to get moving.
