Tottenham Hotspur winger Bryan Gil is in London and is waiting for the green light for his loan move to Valencia to be signed off by Spurs.
Gil arrived at Spurs in the summer from Sevilla, but has struggled to make an impact in north London, being reduced to be a bit part player.
The young winger is desperate to return to Spain this window as he seeks to play regularly in a familiar environment, and Valencia are closing in on him.
It has not been plain sailing for the La Liga club though as they were dismayed by the north London club’s demand for a loan fee.
They are expecting to be able to sign him however and Gil is waiting.
Now the winger is in London and is awaiting the final yes from Spurs to make the loan move to Valencia a reality, according to Valencia radio station RadioEsport Valencia 914.
The winger was back in Seville over the break and wanted to go to Valencia from there, but is nonetheless back in London, waiting for Spurs’ signal.
Gil has not started a single game for Spurs in the Premier League and he will be hoping the move to Valencia, if indeed it does happen, can help him get on the right track.
