Drivers were delayed after a London Ambulance appeared to crash into an Iceland delivery lorry in West London.
A picture uploaded to Twitter shows an emergency vehicle next to a van in King Street, Hammersmith at around 4pm on Friday, January 28.
The incident was said to have taken place outside Nationwide bank.
It is unknown at this stage whether there have been any injuries.
