Recap after A329 King’s Road in Reading closed due to crash

There were heavy delays on a major route out of Reading this afternoon (January 27) due to a crash that closed the road in both directions.

The A329 King’s Road was closed in both directions in Reading from around 1.15pm but reopened around half an hour later.

According to INRIX, the road was closed due to a crash at the Cemetery Junction.

Information read: “A329 King’s Road in both directions closed, very slow traffic due to accident from A4 London Road (Cemetery Junction) to Queen’s Road.

“Road closed following an accident on the Cemetery Junction. There is no access to London Road from the junction.”
