A4 Piccadilly Eastbound is partially blocked with slow traffic due to police incident at Brick Street.
Images from the scene show’s a mini with a smashed window that appears to have been hit by an undercover police car.
The circumstances of the incident have not yet been confirmed.
The road was blocked earlier but now remains restricted not far from Green Park.
There are diversion for buses 6, 9, 14, 19, 38.
