The A404 Harrow Road has been forced to close in both directions due to a collision, reports the Inrix traffic management system.
As a result of the incident in the Neasden and Stonebridge area, the road is closed from the A406 North Circular (Harrow Road Underpass) to Sylvia Gardens.
A diversion is currently in place for the N18 bus route.
The incident was first reported at 3:10am on Saturday (January 22).
