Girl, 14, trying to get home victim of shocking London Underground sex attack

Police investigating the sexual assault of a teenage girl on the Tube have released the picture of a man they want to speak to in connection to the incident.

The 14-year-old victim was travelling home on the Jubilee line when her attacker got on at Wembley Park and sat opposite her.

He asked her for her age and when she told him 14 he asked for her Snapchat username.

She moved away from him trying to get off when he followed her saying “I want to chill with you”.

He then sexually assaulted her

The victim got off the Tube at Neasden station, with the man remaining on the train.

Officers investigating the incident, which happened on September 18 at around 7.15pm but an appeal has only been made public for today (Friday, January 7), have now released a CCTV image of a man police want to identify and speak to..

A British Transport Police spokesperson said: “Officers believe the man in the CCTV image may have information which could help their investigation.

“If you recognise him, or have any information, please contact BTP by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 633 of 18/09/21.

“Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
