Trial Shift at South London Theatre

She can’t pull a pint and she drenches everyone when she tries to change a barrel

In the summer of 2021, a group of young women filmed and produced a 30 minute fly on the wall documentary which follows Ada, a Finnish student who agrees to be part of a student film project.

The project follows her on her trial shift at The Railway Tavern in Tulse Hill, but she has never worked in a pub before and she gets herself in a bit of trouble. She can’t pull a pint and she drenches everyone when she tries to change a barrel.

The Sitcom is based on the real life experiences of a group of young women working at the pub trying to support themselves through Uni.
