Supermarket customers are being urged to return certain ready-roll pizza dough and pastry products over health and safety fears.
BakeAway is recalling several batches of its raw pastry products because salmonella has been detected, according to the Food Standards Agency (FSA).
Supermarkets having to recall the ready-roll dough and pastry products include Aldi, Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons.

Salmonella bacteria can cause symptoms including fever, diarrhoea, and abdominal cramps.
BakeAway will be displaying point of sales notices in all retail stores selling the affected products, to explain the recall to shoppers.
The FSA is advising any customers who have bought any of the products to return them to store for a full refund.
