London weather: Exactly when temperatures will drop to bone-chilling -1C before weekend of heavy rain

London’s weather is set to get very, very cold in the next few days, according to the BBC.

The broadcaster is predicting temperatures will drop to as low as 3C overnight as the January chill sets in, so Londoners might be ready to break out the double quilts and hot water bottles.

Forecasts aren’t looking much better on The Met Office either, which is predicting overnight temperatures as low as -1C over the coming week.

We checked out the forecasts on the BBC, the Met Office and Accuweather, and this is what you can expect over the next.
