A Bridgend firm that provides trailers for the booming high-end television (HETV) and film industry will debut on London’s Alternative Investment Market tomorrow in one of the first floats of the year having raised £18.4m for expansion from institutional investors.

ADF hires out its facilities to productions throughout the UK and Europe, with clients including Disney, Netflix, BBC, Sky, ITV and Cardiff-based television production firm Bad Wolf, where it has supplied vehicles for productions His Dark Materials and Sex Education.

It has worked on some of the UK’s most popular television series, such as The Crown, Gangs of London and Peaky Blinders.

With an estimated 35% market share of providing facilities to the UK HETV market, it has ambitions to grow to become a £100m revenue business. Its trailers are already fully booked for 2022.
