A woman has been taken to a major trauma centre after a road traffic collision involving her mobility scooter in Cricklewood Broadway in north west London.
London Ambulance Services (LAS) were called at 5.13pm this evening (December 15) to reports of a traffic collision.
Ambulance crew and a medic in a car attended the scene and treated the woman.
Witnesses at the scene reported on social media said a woman was knocked off an ‘electric wheelchair’.
LAS confirmed that they were called “to reports of a road traffic collision involving a person on a mobility scooter”.

The age or identity of the woman is yet to be confirmed by authorities.
The woman was taken to a specialist hospital and A407 Cricklewood Lane eastbound at the junction of Cricklewood Broadway was closed.
The route was later reopened once emergency services cleared the incident.
