The family of a 25-year-old non-verbal autistic woman are extremely concerned for her safety after she went missing on the way to her mum’s house.
Tia Warren Daboh, 25, lives in permanent respite care in Woolwich, Southeast London, and requires 24-hour care. She went missing at around 9.30am yesterday (Wednesday, December 15).
Her auntie Eva Daboh, 42, told MyLondon: “She was on the way from the house where she lives to her mother’s house, which is a four minutes drive.”

At some point during the short drive, Tia got out, potentially to visit a shop, and vanished.
She was last seen on Sandy Hill Road, SE18 in Woolwich.
Eva explained: “She’s 25, but she may as well be a newborn baby. She’s non-verbal. She has 24-hour one-to-one care.”
Tia is around 5’7, has her natural hair in a bun pulled back, and of medium build, between about 16-18 sizing. The family are told she was wearing a grey coat and black shoes.
Eva added that looking at Tia, you would not know about her needs or that she was autistic. They are therefore particularly concerned about her on her own, and worried that a “disaster” could happen.
“She is on the highest level of the autism spectrum,” Eva said. “She can’t read the time. She can’t use the phone. She can’t cook.
“She wouldn’t know what bus number to get from one destination to the other.”
There has been a possible sighting of Tia outside Queen Elizabeth Hospital at 6.30pm yesterday evening (December 15).
“And she’s also on various medication, which now she’s not had for nearly 20 hours.”
The family have advised anyone who sees Tia to contact the police immediately. She understands some sign language.
The Greenwich branch of the Metropolitan Police said in a tweet: “Can you help us find 25yo Tia who has been #missing since 15/12/21.
